At Lux Cove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
